Your solicitor will then send out a draft contract to the buyer’s solicitor. You will then be able to agree on dates with the buyer for the survey on your property to take place as well as negotiate the exchange of contracts and proposed date for completion. We will negotiate on your behalf throughout this process, advising you on each stage and keeping you informed on any progress.

The formal exchange of missives agrees the terms of the sale, the contract is legally binding for all parties after this. The deposit will then be transferred and a completion date will be agreed. When the remaining money has been transferred from the buyer’s solicitor to your solicitor the purchase is complete.

You will receive a call from your solicitor when the money has cleared in your account and they will inform us to release the keys to the buyers.
