Belvoir Northwich is pleased to offer three levels of landlord property management to suit your requirements.  Most agents only provide two, but we like to provide landlords with a bespoke package. Below is an outline of the landlord services we offer and the associated costs.  Where indicated the costs can be negotiated:

CHARGES

One-off fee of 75% of 1 month's rent plus VAT.  Minimum charge £480 (including VAT)

 

OTHER CHARGES

  • Duplicate Statements - £6 (including VAT)
  • Furnished Inventory Fee £12 (Including VAT) per furnished room
  • Renewal of Tenancy (if requested by Landlord) - £72 (including VAT)
  • Forwarding Post to Landlord (per batch) - £30 (including VAT)
  • Void Management (per week for weeks in advance) - £60 (including VAT)
  • Professional Hourly Rate - £60 (including VAT
  • Preparation of Paperwork for Alternative Deposit Resolution - £150 (including VAT)
  • Withdrawal Fee (once verbal consent to commence marketing) - £180 (including VAT)
  • Withdrawal Fee (once verbal consent given to commence referencing) - £240 (including VAT)
  • Obtaining keys or cards for utility meters or clearing any debt from previous keys or cards (when first taking on property) - £60 per key or card
  • Cancellation Fee (if cancelling the Fully Managed or Rent Collection Service during the term of tenancy plus any extensions) - 70% of 1 month's rent plus VAT
