Tenant Find Only

£400 (inc VAT) payable for each letting where The Tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable on The Tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.

Let Only

One month’s rent (plus VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.

Letting and Rent Collection

Start-up fee of £380.00 (inc VAT) plus 9.6% (inc VAT)/8% (plus VAT) of the rental amount.

If you have multiple properties, we would be happy to negotiate lower rates to reflect the service needed. Please call us to arrange a meeting to discuss your portfolio.

Full Management

Start-up fee of £380.00 (inc VAT), plus 12% (inc VAT) / 10% plus VAT) of the rental amount. This is subject to our minimum fee of £45 (plus VAT) or £54 (VAT inclusive) to maintain minimum service levels covering all your landlords’ obligations.

We also provide other services such as renewing Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates, Electrical Safety Inspections Reports, Legionella Risk Assessments, Rent Guarantees. Please contact us for our full scale of charges.
