Our owners are landlords themselves in the Stoke-on-Trent area with experience since 2008 of successful rentals in both unfurnished houses and furnished Houses in Multiple Occupancies. We therefore understand the needs of landlords. Our staff are also mad about property. They have thorough knowledge of all our houses and are therefore excellent at answering questions of potential tenants, in order to fill the houses quickly.

Our staff are qualified to a level 3, whereas our Managing Director is of a level 4 in Property (which also resulted in her winning the national Propertymark award for the Candidate of the Year with her highest exam result nationally!). Our Managing Director is also a qualified litigation solicitor (with a Masters Degree in Law), who used to handle property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes and mortgage repossessions during her litigation days. All of this provides a level of expertise that is unmatched by our competitors.

We are regulated by the following trade bodies; The Property Ombudsman (TPO) Sales and Lettings and Safeagent. In 2023, we will be Arla Propertymark Protected and our Managing Director will be an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
For landlords, we can find you tenants, manage your property, and if you wish to sell it one day, we will be able to sell it for you (with or without your tenants in place). We also have an independent mortgage broker “partner” who is able to help our landlords remortgage, raise equity or protect themselves with income protection or critical illness cover. We aim to provide a wholistic service to relieve the burden off our landlords’ shoulders.

We have a range of services. Our fully managed service is the most popular as it’s a service that gives you peace of mind. We will manage the entire process from advertising your property with our 360 degree virtual tours, Rightmove, On The Market, accompanying all viewings, fully referencing all applicants, doing all the legal paperwork, photographic inventories, conducting periodic property visits, handling repair and maintenance issues, processing rent payments and chasing any arrears. We also diarise things like Gas Safety Certificates and Electrical Certificates, so you don’t have to keep track of these things. Unlike some big agents in town who outsource their property management, we manage all properties in-house ourselves, with the use of trusted local tradesmen to carry out repair and maintenance works.
