You’ll have no compliance worries about deposits either – we always register your tenants deposits with an approved government scheme for your total peace of mind


Our Landlords have access to our unique insurance packages. These include specialist rent and legal protection insurance and landlords buildings and contents insurance.

Legal Compliance

We will ensure that your property is properly certified and maintained for you. We will make sure that your gas appliances are covered and certificates up to date, we use NICEIC approved contractors to carry out PAT (portable appliance testing) and periodic testing of your electrical system and we will organise your property EPC (energy performance certificate). We can also advise on furniture and fire safety, so you meet all regulations for letting a property.

Property Protection

To protect your property, we’ll prepare a detailed inventory, including photographs and the contents and condition of the property at the start of the tenancy. This is essential in managing return of deposits – and dealing with any disputes.
