Our owners are landlords themselves in the Stoke-on-Trent area with experience since 2008 of successful rentals in both unfurnished houses and furnished Houses in Multiple Occupancies. They have thorough knowledge of all our houses and are therefore excellent at answering questions of potential tenants, in order to fill the houses quickly.

We have a range of services. Our fully managed service is the most popular as it’s a service that gives you peace of mind. We will manage the entire process from advertising your property with 3-D floorplans on Rightmove, Zoopla, accompanying all viewings, fully referencing all applicants, doing all the legal paperwork, photographic inventories, conducting periodic property visits, handling repair and maintenance issues, processing rent payments and chasing any arrears. We also diarise things like Gas Safety Certificates, so you don’t have to keep track of these things. Unlike some big agents in town who outsource their property management, we manage all properties in-house ourselves, with the use of trusted tradesmen to carry out repair and maintenance works.
