Property Search

To begin your property search, explore all our available listings here. When determining the best fit for you, consider your priorities, such as whether you prefer a terrace house or apartment, the number of double bedrooms, parking availability, access to a rear garden, and proximity to public transport links to Brighton City Centre. Review all the fine details, including size, location, rent availability, and monthly rent, and compare them against your budget.

Schedule a Viewing

Our Brighton team is well-trained to assist you in finding your perfect home. The more information you provide, the better they can help you in your property search. Once you’ve identified a potential property, contact our team to inquire about the availability of video tours and 360-degree tour services, providing you with a comprehensive view of the place.

Go To The Viewing

During the viewing, keep a few tips in mind. Take your time, explore everything at your own pace, and don’t feel pressured by our agent. This is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have, so plan them out beforehand and, if necessary, arrange for a second look.

Apply For The Property

If you decide that a property suits your needs, inform a team member promptly. They will then send you questions to answer and subsequently provide application forms from Goodlord and Let Alliance. Complete these forms promptly to avoid missing out on the property.

Submitted For Referencing

Upon receiving your application, we submit it for full referencing by a third-party professional company, Let Alliance. This process includes various checks, such as employment verification, landlord references, and a thorough examination of your credit score. Refer to our referencing page for tips on successfully passing this stage.

Submission

We will review your application and forward it to the landlord, highlighting all the positive aspects to present you in the best light.

Offer

Once we receive positive feedback from the landlord, we will promptly notify you of your successful application. We will discuss your confirmed start date, email your tenancy confirmation, and request the deposit to be completed.

Getting Prepared

Before moving in, pay your tenancy deposit and confirm the inventory of furnishings. You will then have a 48-hour period to provide any amendments for us to update. Finally, digitally sign the tenancy agreement prior to moving in and make the necessary move-in payments.

Move-In Day!

On move-in day, arrange a visit to the office to collect your keys. We will confirm that everything is signed, and you can head off to explore your new home. If you’re interested in receiving a move-in welcome box, leave a review while waiting at the office!
