Extended viewing hours – Our extended viewing hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property. In fact over 40% of our viewings are carried out after work and at weekends and we accompany all viewings to ensure we can use our expertise to let your property.
Professional photography – Presentation and attention to detail are crucial. We are trained to take professional photographs and write comprehensive descriptions and we ensure that your property is advertised on the same day that we are instructed.
Property inspections – Many agents only become involved with a property when a problem arises and often then they expect the landlord to sort it out. We offer the most comprehensive management service where we inspect properties every 3 months with a detailed written report to the landlord. Any maintenance issues or damage we identify are dealt with promptly and effectively.
Comprehensive Marketing – We invest substantially in ensuring our clients properties receive maximum exposure across a variety of different media including all the major property websites, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, and we use local publications such as Latest Homes, the UK’s most read property magazine. We also use Google, iPhone apps, email marketing and our large database of waiting tenants and buyers.
Expert advice – There is a great deal of legislation and technicality involved in selling, letting and managing properties. Through on-going training and support our team offers expert advice on all aspects of the property industry, for sales, lettings and your legal obligations as a landlord and vendor.
Client money protection – Despite the complexities of the lettings industry it is a completely unregulated sector and so for our clients’ peace of mind we are members of The Property Ombudsman, The Safeagent Scheme, Safe Agent, and we use the government approved Deposit Protection Service. We do this to provide our landlords and tenants with the assurance that all client money is fully protected and that we abide by the highest standards of customer service.
