Tenants Contents Insurance

Book Valuation

Accidents and unforeseen circumstances can happen during tenancies. This could be a leak which causes damage to your property, burglaries or other circumstances which would either cause you to lose your deposit or put you at risk of having to cover the cost of replacing your personal contents. During the tenancy, it is a tenant’s responsibility to make sure that they have the right insurance in place, and it is not the landlord’s responsibility to cover the cost, should any damage or theft occur.

We work with Let Alliance who are able to provide a specialist insurance package to help give you peace of mind. Through the Tenant’s Contents insurance, you will benefit from the following: –

  • Nil excess
  • Contents sum insured from £10,000 to £50,000
  • Tenant liability cover up to £5,000
  • Mobile phone up to £400
  • Lost key cover up to £500
  • Theft cover up to £10,000
  • Accidental cover to TV’s
  • Bicycle cover up to £1000 per cycle
  • Laptop and PC cover
  • Alternative accommodation
  • Games console cover
  • Money up to £250 and credit cards up to £500
