- Accompanied viewings 6 days a week 9am – 5:30pm (9:30am – 4:30pm on Saturdays)
- Comprehensive referencing checks of all tenants
- Management of move-in process with all legal documents provided
- Advising utility companies & authorities of move in and move out
- Registration of the tenants’ deposit to the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
- Rent collection and monthly statements (annual available upon request)
- Comprehensive inspections with detailed reports and photos
- Annual property compliance checks
- Management of maintenance issues using our high-quality contractors
- Emergency repairs including use of our dedicated out of hours service

60% inc VAT of the first month’s rent (paid in advance)
