Jo spent a number of years as a self-employed inventory clerk before joining Belvoir in 2015. Fully trained in all things inventory, check-out and inspection related, Jo spends almost all her time in one of these activities or another.
When not physically out and about carrying out the reports, and visiting properties, she is hard at work organising end of tenancy cleans, minor refurb works and the return of deposits.
With every day different she has no time to get bored and loves her job as much now as when she first started.
Her sensible approach and pleasant manner means that she has a very good track record of resolving all deposit issues without too often having to resort to a formal dispute.
At home, she is just as busy, with 3 dogs - Molly, Roscoe and Breezy, 2 adult kids and a flock of sassy rescue chickens.
