Belvoir Stoke offers aerial photography as an option to sellers. This feature is chargeable as we use a third party licensed drone photographer. Based in Staffordshire, our photographer Nigel Woodcock uses the latest in 4K HD camera technology. He holds permission from the Civil Aviation Authority to allow him to perform this kind of work, and he also holds a full public liability insurance for peace of mind. As part of the service, prior to the flight he carries out a remote survey and conducts risk assessments of each project, as well as checking airspace regulations to ensure he operates within legal guidelines. Safety is his primary concern.
