Siân has a 1^st class Construction Management degree with honours and has worked as a construction project manager both on and off site. With an understanding that communication and engagement with project teams are essential to achieving shared goals and creating a healthy and productive work environment, it has led her to work on a variety of national construction projects as well as local authority projects with Stoke on Trent City Council and Derby City Council. Siân is currently in the process of renovating her own home, built in the late 1800s. She is now part of the property management team at Belvoir and is responsible for performing inspections on our rental properties as well as dealing with Legionella, maintenance, and project work
