Winter Update

In the event of an emergency when our office is closed please call one of our contractors below who will provide emergency cover. We must emphasize this is purely for emergencies only. They will not attend to carry out non-urgent repairs, these types of problems will be dealt with during office hours.

Please note if the contractors are called out and it is proved not to be an emergency then you will be responsible for the cost.

Before calling out one of these contractors, please check your tenancy paperwork to ensure that the landlord has not specified other contractors or has British Gas cover.
