Preparation of paperwork for:

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution: £30 inc vat
  • Duplicate Statements: £2.50 inc VAT per copy provided
  • Insurance claim/void refurbishment handling fee: 6% inc VAT of cost of works
  • Professional hourly rate: £54 inc VAT per hour
  • Full Management Renewal: £120 inc VAT
  • Inventory Fee: £150 inc VAT, unless you are taking Fully Managed or Tenant Find Plus where it is included.
  • Deposit Registration Fee: Included in all our services
  • Additional property visits: £35 inc VAT
  • Rent Review Fee: Included in all our services
  • Produce a Section Notice: £35.00 inc VAT
  • Empty Property Visits: £30.00 inc VAT per visit in advance of requirement
  • Tenant move out Inventory Check (including damage report): £150 inc VAT
