Latest Consumer Price Index 3.2% – as a result of the falling Consumer Price Index in the face of continued high mortgage interest rates, we are updating our Tenancy Agreement to include rent reviews in line with the market rate. If your Tenancy is out of it’s fixed term and you would like us to do a new Tenancy Agreement which now includes a “market rate rent review,” clause, please contact the office colchester@belvoir.co.uk

Fundraising In Support of Emmaus Colchester
We work closely with the homeless charity Emmaus Colchester, whose residents earn their keep as employees working for the charity to gain skills, experience and qualifications, while in residence, to enable them to lead independent lives when the time is right. The charity offers house clearance, painting and decorating and gardening services, all of which we endeavour to support.
Tia Gurnett, in our Belvoir Colchester office, will be doing a tandem parachute jump on Saturday 8th June, to raise money for the charity. Below is a link to her Just Giving page, if you would like to find out more or make a donation.
