Domenica Young – Branch Manager

Her key to success is doing what she enjoys and she has now fulfilled her dream to own her own business. Domenicaâ€™s history both within property sales and as a private landlord has assisted her knowledge in the industry. Andy Garner – Branch Manager
Belvoir Woking is owned and run by Andy Garner, a local Landlord of over 20 years, with more than 10 yearsâ€™ experience as a dedicated letting agent. â€œWith my extensive knowledge of the local area in and around Woking, coupled with the unique position of being a local landlord myself, who has, before launching Belvoir Woking, used some of the other local agents, I feel I am well placed to offer our service from a landlords perspective.â€
Adam Rastall – Managing Director
Iâ€™ve been running this business since 2005 and with the help and support of fantastic team of staff as well as a great franchise, then the business has grown year on year. I have a wealth of experience in lettings, sales and the property industry.
Barrie Smith – Office Manager
Barrie has worked for the company since 2003 and has gained experience in every aspect of the lettings process. He is ARLA qualified and his main role now is overseeing the whole office and carry out rental appraisals for potential landlords. With good local knowledge built up over the years, he's here to help if you're a current or potential landlord.
Robert Price – Office Manager
Rob is the Branch Manager here at Belvoir Huntingdon, he has been here since the office opened in 2014. Before working as the Branch Manager here, Rob had a long career working in retail management so fully understands how to be flexible to meet certain circumstances. Being a landlord himself, he understands what is needed and takes pride in meeting other landlords expectations. Here at Belvoir, we are a family run business; in a joint venture between Rob, his dad, John. His sister Louise, also works within the business. In addition to the family, Rob has three other members of staff, of who he has accepted into his extended family alongside all our tenants and landlords. Rob deals with the smooth running of the office, and the sales side of the business. Rob enjoys going abroad with his wife and children, and would consider himself a family man.
Bobby Singh Braich – Office Manager
Bobby has been working in lettings from the young age of 16, whereby he started helping with his familyâ€™s portfolio. Bobby then went onto De Montfort University to study Business and Finance. He has used his skills and understanding to quickly progress in the lettings sector. With over 15 years of experience, Bobby has a sharp eye for growth within the lettings industry, and is able to adapt quickly to the industryâ€™s needs and legislation changes. Bobby aims to provide his clients with first class service and advice He works behind the scenes to ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and needs are met.

Melanie Carter – Office Manager
Melanie's experience in the property industry spans 4 decades qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. Melanie opened Belvoir Evesham in August 2012 and is assisted by Gabriela, who has just successfully completed an apprenticeship, and Sophia and Mandy who both come with many years experience in lettings, property management and sales.
Paul Murphy – Managing Director
As the owner Paul set up Belvoir Chelmsford in 2002. He has a wealth of knowledge of the Chelmsford market and has assisted numerous investor landlords to find the right property whether they have had short, medium or long term objectives. The door is always open for you to pop in for a chat and free advice on investing. His career within both Financial Services and Sales arena dates back to the 80's. With a wide spectrum of knowledge in Lettings many of his landlords have built there portfolio's with his help. Over some 30 years he has managed numerous teams as well as working solely for himself. He prides himself on a very strict business/people ethos and a strong code of conduct that is well recognised. From this Belvoir Chelmsford enjoys continuous growth by way of referrals and recommendations. Whilst at the forefront for some 15 years or so he always hand picks his team. A family man with children and grandchildren he has lived all his life within a a 20 mile commute of Chelmsford.
James Whalley – Office Manager
James takes pride in dealing with property owners and ensuring their needs are met. He deals swiftly and effectively with any problems that arise ensuring a first class service for Belvoir clients.
Kerry Pike – Branch Manager
Kerry has worked in the letting and property industry for over 10 years. Her enthusiasm, dedication and experience shines through as the director of Belvoir Plymouth. Her attention to detail and personal approachable service ensures that every client receives a bespoke service unique to them.
Wai Lam – Director
Wai Lam is a director of 'Belvoir' Brighton and Hove and is keen to deliver a personal service and make sure that customer satisfaction is the top of the agenda. Wai has a wealth of knowledge in the property industry, for selling and renting, and has grown up locally, and has sold and rented out his own personal properties in the Brighton and Hove area.
Glenn Wakeham – Office Manager
The tyrant boss and owner, often dubbed the buy to let expert of Guildford (by himself), that makes his staff work ever so hard for our customers and never says thank you nor shows any gratitude to the lovely people below. Somehow the team members still stay working for him. Rumour has it they still smile a lot and even show signs of enjoying their work. Maybe he isnâ€™t so bad after all?

Hi, I'm Luke, and I am the Director of Belvoir Bournemouth. As a keen Buy To Let enthusiast and specialist, my aim is to make property investment as easy as possible, while maximising returns for my clients. I am also author of 'The Bournemouth Property Blog' which is all about investing in Bournemouth property, as well as host of a number of Buy To Let seminars and events in Bournemouth.

I have worked in Lettings since 1999 and now have over 18 yearsâ€™ industry experience. I worked for the Belvoir Franchise as an Office Manager since 2006 and bought Belvoir Basildon in January 2015. I head a team of 6 managing over 280 properties across three territories including both Basildon and Romford but also Southend on Sea and the surrounding areas. I am very passionate about the Lettings industry and enjoy keeping abreast of legislation changes and new ways to reach our clients. This year to further manage our Landlords and clientsâ€™ expectations we have also extend our expertise to include Property Sales which is an exciting new venture for us. Outside of work I have a two sons, Albert who is 3 and Stanley, 1. I have been married for 10 years to Kris who works in Construction Senior Management
