Guildford branch is recognised for Customer Service

Belvoir Guildford won a top award in the annual ‘High Achievers’ awards scheme run by our central office.

Our silver award for providing the Best in Customer Service will sit nicely alongside a silver award we won in last year’s national Estate and Letting Agent Awards scheme. The Belvoir Guildford office is also shortlisted for the finals of this year’s ESTAS.

This is due to the staff at the Belvoir Guildford office.  “My team work so hard.” says Glenn, the owner. “They juggle so many different tasks but they always give me 100%. We pride ourselves on our customer service and I believe that our consistently excellent standards are what ensures retention of existing clients and encourages new business through recommendations from those that are impressed with our service.”

Glenn received his award at Belvoir’s annual awards presentation ceremony held at the Radisson Blu hotel at East Midlands airport.

Presenting the awards Belvoir’s newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Carl Chadwick, said: “With over 150 offices spread throughout our entire UK network, gaining recognition for outstanding performance is a great achievement – especially in the much prized ‘Customer Service’ category.

“Providing a high standard of customer service is one of Belvoir’s core principles and because we all strive to deliver the very best, this is one of the most difficult awards to judge – and to win.

“Glenn Wakeham is one of the best examples of professionalism and specialism in lettings. He puts great emphasis on communication with a daily meeting to update all staff on all matters, which has proved to be one of the key factors in the offfice’s success. This award is richly deserved.”
