Let Only:8.4% of the rent for the fixed term, payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Plus £200 tenant referencing fee .Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.
Part-Management:Start-up fee of £440 plus 10.8% of the rent, deducted from the rent as received
Full Management:£440 plus 14.4% of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.
