To report any repair and maintenance requests we ask that you go to: https://belvoirtunbridgewells.fixflo.com/issuereport/CreateIssue

You will be asked what language you would like to report in.
Now choose the picture icon most relevant to your issue e.g. fridge
Review any guidance and advice pop-ups shown. These can frequently help you solve the problem yourself without needing to take the report any further.
Include all details and any photos or videos that might be useful to understand the nature of the problem.

Select your address and enter your contact details. Submit your repair request through to us and you will receive instant email confirmation so you know that it has been recorded and is in the system!
