  • Part Managed: £450/ £300 start up fee plus 12% per month management fee (including VAT).
  • Let only: 108% of one months rent (including VAT).
  • Company Lets and other Contractual Tenancies: Administration and Referencing Fee £510 inc VAT

  • Preparation of paperwork of for Alternative Dispute Resolution: £90.00 per hour (including VAT)
  • Duplicate Paper Statements by post: £5.00 (including VAT) per copy provided
  • Inventories: From £126.00 (including VAT) – Cost dependent on size of property
  • Checkouts: From £138.00 (including VAT) – Cost dependent on size of property
  • Charge for drawing up a tenancy agreement: £120.00 (including VAT)
  • Insurance claim handling fee: 12% (including VAT) of cost of works before VAT
  • Professional hours rate: £90.00 per hour (including VAT)
  • Tenancy renewal/extension fee: £120.00 (including VAT)
  • Void property inspection: £50.00 (including VAT)
  • Introduction of purchaser fee: 1.2% inc VAT of the final sale price
