As a Lettings only agent i often get asked by Landlords my opinion on certain properties. I expect they do this because they appreciate that i have no conflict of interest with a sales department within the same branch and this allows me to be impartial. These properties are fantastic value with so much space, parking, aswell as a garden. With both bedrooms being of a good size they are also suited to a small family or friends sharing which opens it up to a greater tenant market.
I would expect this to rent for around £1000pcm so if you could pick it up for £225k this would offer a gross yield of 5.3%.
Prices have surged in the last 6 to 12 months but i still think this offers excellent value and great long term returns.
