Following our last article on property statistics in W5, let’s have a look at the statistics for W13.

The average value of a property in Ealing W13 is £538,842, which is £158,614 more than the average of neighbouring W7. The most expensive street in Ealing W13 is Mortimer Road, where an average property is worth in excess of £1.5 Million. The most desirable homes in the area are those substantial period properties near St Stephans in streets such as The Avenue, Edgehill Road, Colebrooke Avenue and Rosebery Gardens, where properties can reach asking prices of up to 2.25 million Pounds.

The most expensive property was a spectacular 6 bedroom detached house on Mortimer Road, which sold for £2,865,560 in 2012. 12.8% of properties in W13 have changed hands since the summer of 2008.


The average asking rent in W13 is currently £1658 per calendar month.
