Michael Warke – Lettings Director
It was inevitable Michael was passionate about lettings from a young age, at the end of the day it was in the family blood, the Warke Family were the founders of Goodchilds a locally based West Midlands Estate Agency and Letting Agency, they grew the company from one single office in Bloxwich to a multi award winning Estate & Letting Agent across the black country having franchised offices in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Wednesbury, Cannock, Brownhills, Stafford, etc. Michael has been in the industry for over a decade and with his experience and degree in BSc (Hons) Degree in Property Management which he took at the University of Wolverhampton he is arguably one of the most educated and capable individuals for Property Management in Wolverhampton.
Robert Beech – Senior Letting Negotiator
Robert joined the Belvoir Team in 2014 as a Lettings Apprentice, since then Robert has outperformed many team members letting over 25 properties per month. Robert is on hand to help and being a local chap from Wednesfield he knows the Wolverhampton area like the back of his hand, he is a top performing negotiator which is why he has quickly worked his way up from Lettings Apprentice to Lettings Negotiator through to senior Negotiator. Alex Round – Lettings Negotiator
Alex is one of the newest recruits at Belvoir, he joined in 2017 he had been working at a large PLC company prior to the move to Belvoir as he wanted a job where every day was different and he sure has that now in the Lettings Industry. Alex was born and bred in Wednesfied, Wolverhampton, he is a friend maker and many times people have been in the office and they already know Alex from being out and about in Wolverhampton. Alex has commented that “he loves working at Belvoir everyday as he helps to help people find their ideal home, he would not want to work at any other Estate or Letting agency because of the support from his team, he believes that together we give the best service possible”. John Warke – Property Management
John Warke (MBA, FCIPD, C.Dir) John previously worked in Human Resources and worked for a large international company before he decided it was time for him to retire, however working from the age of 17 many hours a day going from this to doing nothing John soon realised retirement was not for him and decided to help out in the family business, he completed his APIP (Association of Property Inventory Professionals) qualifications and completes the Inventories and Checkout for landlords to ensure there properties are looked after and returned in line with how they took them. John also handles any larger projects, should tenants or landlords have larger scales of work required John and his team will project manage this from beginning to end, sourcing the contractors and making sure the project runs smoothly, Johns has completed many property refurbishments for landlords taking the hassle and stress away, they give John the shell and John gets it ready to LET for the lettings team, working closely together most of the time we have a tenant lined up ready to move in ready for the completion of the works.
Trish Gvozdenovic – Property Management
Trish has been with Belvoir for over 10 years, she has always worked within the Property Management team and looked after property maintenance, works orders for contractors and she still does this today also, however with Trish's background in debt collection her true passion was collecting money, she understands the importance of landlords accounts and that sometimes landlords have outgoings too, it is not always the tenants fault and Trish will sympathise with the tenants and will speak guarantors to ensure the rents are collected as quickly as possible as and when they are due.
Hannah Worrall – Property Management
Hannah joined the Belvoir team in 2015 as an apprentice Property Manager, she worked closely with Michael learning the ins and outs of Property Management, the laws, legislations, systems and processes. Hannah has become a firm favourite with the landlords, over the years she has built excellent repour and it is not unusual to see 'thank you' cards, flowers and chocolates being received from both her tenants and landlords, In the three years Hannah has worked her way up from the property management apprentice to leading the property management team, she is always on hand to help the team with any questions or queries and help them too keep on top of their works to ensure they offer nothing but excellent customer service.
Sam Huskisson – Sales Manager
Melissa Warke – Accounts
Melissa BA Hons is possibly one of the most organised in the team, working within the accounts department Melissa ensures that the landlords accounts are up to date, she processes any Rent Guarantee Payments for landlords that have the Belvoir Rent Guarantee, for Landlords that opt for this they have peace of mind knowing the rent will be paid for their property weather the tenant is paying it or not, there is no excess on this policy, there are no forms to fill out, if the tenant does not pay the payment is then made by us within 14 days of it being due. Melissa has always lived in Wolverhampton, she has always had an interest in the housing market as her mom and dad moved eight times while she was growing up, she spend most of her childhood in Wednesfield, Willenhall, New Invention and Essington.
Lisa-Jane Trust – Account Administrator
Lisa originally from reading moved in Wolverhampton on 2008 where she finished School and started work, It was in 2018 Lisa decided she wanted more of a career, work she could take pride in and care about which is why she started looking for apprenticeships and started with in May 2018, she works within the accounts team as her attention to detail is second to none. Lisa's main role is to ensure our landlords are paid as quickly as possible once we have cleared funds. She processes all payments we have the same day and sends statements to each landlord to keep them notified, each year Lisa will also send our fully managed landlords their annual account for their tax returns.
Sam Huskisson – Sales Team
Sam joined Belvoir Wolverhampton in 2016, before this he had been working for a large corporate Estate Agency in Wolverhampton, as much as Sam loved the Job he wanted to feel more like a valued individual and not just a number, he wanted to build reports have relationships with his Vendors which is why he decided it was time for a change and joined the Belvoir Wolverhampton Team. Sam has the perfect personality and once you get to know him you will see nothing is too much for him which is why his conversion rate from his valuations is exemplary, also him and his team sell 94% of the sock they instruct.
Luke Evans – Sales Team
Luke started working with the Warke Family many years ago as an apprentice to the Sales Director, with his enthusiasm, hard work and dedication he has worked his way up from a Sales Apprentice to heading the Sales team. Luke is very target focussed which is why he catches up with his team every morning and every evening to ensure every offer is tied up and every new instruction is on the market. Throughout his time with Belvoir Luke has worked in different areas, he has been a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Valuer and even worked in the Property Management team however his heart and passion as always been in sales which is why he returned to head up the Sales side of the business.
Heidi Warke – Sales Team
Heidi has worked in the industry now for over a decade, she was actually the very first team member for both the Sales and Lettings side of the business, the company grew Heidi decided to stick with the Sales Team and help continue to grow the Estate Agency side of the business. Heidi is one of the Personal Sales Negotiators she helps match purchasers to properties and helps vendors achieve the best possible price for their home. Heidi makes sure Vendors are updated and called then every 7 days to let them know what we have done to help get their property SOLD.
Will Gonsalvas – Sales Team
Will joined the Belvoir Sales Team in 2018, Will had not worked within the industry before and has always worked very close to Luke, he is a natural when it comes to selling houses and his favourite part of the job is tying up a sale for both his Vendor and Purchaser, the love the thrill and excitement that comes with Negotiating the deal.
Shania Tenn – Sales Team
Shania has worked in the sales team now since 2018, she completes all their admin to allow the Sales Negotiators time to sell more houses and concentrate on their Vendors, Shania role is too look after the Sales after the offer has been accepted, she works closely with the solicitors to push through for exchange and completion as quickly as possible. Shania will call both the Vendor and Purchaser each week with updates and also will chase any other parties should the sale be in a chain to try and make the moving process and stress-free as possible.
