Tenant Fees post 1st June 2019 (please see below)

Before the tenancy starts (payable to Mirko G Ltd ‘the Agent’)
Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Deposit: 5 Weeks of the rent

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
For English properties:
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the bank of England’s base rate for each day the rent is late

Payment for a breach of the tenancy agreement up to the prescribed limit

During the tenancy if permitted and applicable

  • Utilities – gas, electricity, water and sewerage
  • Communications – telephone and broadband
  • Installation of cable/satellite
  • Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
  • Television licence
  • Council Tax

Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, for breaches of contract or under the relevant legislation including contractual damages. These may include reasonable costs or losses incurred for loss of keys, security devices and changes to the tenancy agreement or early termination, if the Landlord agrees they can be made, up to the permitted limits.

Tenant Fees for pre 1st June 2019 Tenancies

Explanation of our tenant fees permitted under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 transitional provisions, where fees are written into existing tenancy agreements. These apply to all tenancy agreements granted or signed and executed before 31st May 2019, and can be charged up until 31st May 2020

Confirmation of fees payable before the tenancy will commence:

Reservation Fee

This will take the property from the market for 7 days and will be put towards your move in fees for preparation of the paperwork.

Deposit

One Month Deposit with a homeowner guarantor in full time employment earning in excess of £12,000 per year or a three month deposit. NB Housing Benefit tenants must have a homeowner guarantor in full time employment earning in excess of £12,000 per year

First Months Rent

Payable in advance the day you collect the keys

Reference & Credit Checks

Payable when the application forms are returned £75 PLUS VAT (£90) per person for each applicant over the age of 18 and the guarantor.

Move in Fees

Your £250 Reservation fee is put towards your move in fee leaving a balance payable the day you collect the keys of £65

Confirmation of fees payable during or after the tenancy has ended.

Renewal Fee

Payable when your tenancy is due for renewal £75 PLUS VAT (£90)

Checkout Fee

This will be payable after the checkout has been completed and is £75 PLUS VAT (£90)
