Information regarding landlord fees in West Bridgford

Scale of charges

1) Introduction Only Service                  £480.00 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent.

2) Let Only Service                                £594.00 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent

3) Letting and Rent Collection Service £354.00 (inclusive of vat) start-up plus fee 10.8% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent

If the monthly rental is £500.00             you will pay a fee of £54 inclusive of VAT

4) Full Management Service                 £354.00 (inclusive of vat) start-up fee plus 13.2% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent

If the monthly rental is £500.00             you will pay a fee of £66 inclusive of VAT

An inventory is included in our fully managed service

The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

If the works costs £1000 you will pay a fee of £120 inclusive of VAT

Minimum Fee

Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service, the Agent will charge, and the Landlord will pay, a fee based upon 13.2% (inclusive of VAT) of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all our fees. In accordance with consumer legislation it is quoted as included in the prices stated above.

All prices subject to change after two months’ written notice

Cancellation

Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of 60% (inclusive of VAT) of one months’ rent will be payable, and The Agent agrees to deliver up a vacant property by serving the appropriate notice on the tenant

These commissions will be included in the contractor invoice.
