Studio to 4 Bed – £120 incl. VAT. (4+beds price on application).

A basic package for highly experienced Landlords with the time and resource to manage tenants, rent collection, property maintenance and sustain knowledge and implementation of the latest legislative change 24x7x365. This package includes Marketing, Referencing, Tenancy Documentation & Compliance plus deposit allocation with the DPS in line with Legislation. The Landlord warrants that they are adequately educated and experienced in current Letting Legislation to manage an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) in a lawful manner and will maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the duration of any Tenant introduced by the Agent.

  • Commissions: In some instances, we may receive commission up to 12% from third party providers including but not limited to: insurance companies, contractors, referencing & utility providers
  • Cancellation: Where any Service is cancelled by the client during the first twelve months of tenancy a fee of £360.00 will be payable. Two months’ notice of cancellation required.
