Inventory service
£150 (inclusive of VAT)
Included in the Fully Managed Service and Rent Collection Service up to a rental value of £1000 per month.
£200 (inclusive of VAT) for properties with a rental value over £1000 per month

Duplicate statements
£24 (inclusive of VAT)

Professional hourly rate
