Belvoir Welcomes New Finance Director

Belvoir recently announced the appointment of Louise George as new Finance Director.

Belvoir’s Director of Commercial and Franchising, Dorian Gonsalves recently announced the appointment of Louise George as Belvoir’s new Finance Director.

“We are delighted to welcome Louise George to the Belvoir Board,” says Dorian. “Louise has many years of experience as the Finance Director of a well-established Aim-listed company and her immense knowledge and strategic vision will undoubtedly help Belvoir to achieve its goals in the coming years.”

“I am delighted to be joining Belvoir,” says Louise, who has been a landlord in the past. “For the past 12 years I have worked for Image Scan Holdings PLC, an AIM-listed x-ray imaging company. My roles there included Financial Controller, Chief Executive, Company Secretary and Finance Director.

“Over the years Belvoir has grown from a small family-run business into a large and highly professional franchise operation, but recent growth and subsequent flotation onto the London Stock Market has taken it to a whole new level, with a more corporate identity.

“My main role with Belvoir will be to manage investor relations, interact with the London Stock Exchange and ensure that we comply with good principles of corporate governance and financial management. Belvoir is currently working on an exciting acquisition project to help franchise owners grow their business and maximise potential. My team will be working hard to ensure that franchise owners are equipped with the correct tools and can access the necessary funding to help facilitate this.”
