It’s that time of year again, award season! On Friday it was the turn of the ESTAs, an opportunity for customers to give their feedback on lettings and estate agents, and highlight a business for a national award.
At Belvoir we always strive to ensure offices are providing the best customer experience through every step of your move, something tenants and landlords have taken notice of. This year a whopping 9 awards were won by Belvoir at the ESTAs, and we couldn’t be more proud of each and every one of our winning offices!
In the category of ‘rated by tenants’ we received 4 wins. Belvoir West Derby, led by Adam Rastall and Paul Rice, won gold for the region of North West. In Scotland, silver was won by Belvoir Perth, and Harry and Audrey Coates had the honour of collecting their award. Franchise owners of Belvoir Christchurch, Jeremy Clarke and Carole Warren won gold in the South West, whilst Belvoir Telford’s Simon and Sally Bell took home silver for the West Midlands region.
Next it was time to hear the verdict from the landlords. Belvoir offices have been collecting feedback from landlords for the past 6 months and they waited anxiously to hear if they had won a coveted award. Belvoir Perth took home their second award, this time it was the gold award for their region. They were shortly followed by Belvoir Telford who collected award number two, a gold award for the West Midlands (Herefordshire, Shropshire and Worcestershire). The 5th Belvoir gold award of the ceremony was won by Rosie Callaway, Richard Baker and their team at Belvoir Rugby for the region of West Midlands (Staffordshire, Warwickshire and West Mids), in the same category, the silver award was won by another Belvoir office, this time it was Major Mahil’s Birmingham Central Office.
At the announcement of the award winners, Dorian Gonsalves, Managing Director of Belvoir said ‘I am incredibly proud of our offices which, as a result of direct feedback from their clients, have been recognised by the ESTAs for delivering consistently high levels of service in a skilled and passionate way.
There are 1000s of letting and estate agencies in the UK and for Belvoir to be recognised by their clients at the ESTAs is something which makes me feel both proud and grateful for the efforts made by franchisees and their teams within local offices. Customer service, expertise and professionalism is at the very heart of our business and my sincere thanks to the clients of these offices who took the time to vote for Belvoir as their agent of choice.’
