Tenant Find Only:                            60% of first month’s rent (=50% plus VAT) (minimum fee of £330 inc VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent.
Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy.

Letting and Rent Collection:            8.4% of the rent per month (= 7.0% plus VAT) plus £240 (inc VAT) set up fee, deducted from the rent as received.

Full Management:                            12% (= 10.0% plus VAT) of the rent per month plus £240 (inc VAT) set up fee deducted from the rent as received.

Other Charges:

Inventory preparation fee:              from £90.00 (inc VAT)

Legionella risk assessment:           from £24.00 (inc VAT)


Admin involved in the Tenancy:

Deposit Protection legislation:  £36.00 (inc VAT) (if using DPS1)

Preparation of paperwork for Alternative Dispute Resolution £120.00 (inc VAT) per hour

Duplicate Statements:              £6.00 (inc VAT) per copy provided

Insurance claim handling fee:  12%  (10% plus VAT) of cost of works before VAT

Professional hourly rate:          £54 (inc VAT) per hour

Re-signing fee:                         £60.00 (inc VAT) from Landlord and £75.00 plus VAT from the Tenant/s payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant

Void management fee:            £42.00 (inc VAT) per week payable four weekly in advance of requirement

Post Letting Service (Inclusive with our “Full Management” service):

Tenant move out:                     £60.00 (inc VAT)

Inventory Check (including damage report):  £60.00 (inc VAT)


Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of £300 including VAT will continue to be payable.

Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT
