BELVOIR WELWYN OFFICE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC -ALL VISITS ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Our team members are now working both in office and remotely, this allows us to provide support to all of our Landlords, Tenants and Applicants . Visits to the office can now be facilitated for up to two people in a designated area at the front of the office, please can we ask for you to call the office to arrange an appointment with us. We will ask health related questions ahead of appointments and require any visitor to adhere to all social distance guidelines, whilst in the office. The precautions/ guidelines are in place to protect our staff and clients so please do not take offense.
MAINTENANCE WORK WILL BE CONDUCTED TO THE EXTENT THAT IT IS SAFE TO DO SO.
Belvoir Welwyn are working but bearing in mind the health and safety of our tenants and contractors. We will undertake maintenance works as long as we feel it is safe for all parties to do so. It is essential that the health and safety of all parties is respected and protected. If at any time contractors attending properties do not feel safe then they have the right as well as our full support in terminating their visits. If tenants do not feel safe and comfortable in having contractors present then we advise for this to be communicated with us and we will seek to make appropriate accommodation.
We will endeavour to do what we can to limit the impact of these measures and would ask for your understanding and patience as we make the necessary adjustments to the uncertain and evolving challenges in front of us.
