With the use of WhatsApp, clear and transparent communication from ourselves, the vendor, the purchaser and both sets of solicitors all worked collectively to overcome all hurdles and manged to sell 30 Ash Acre Meadows, Latchford, Warrington, WA4 1AF in a reasonable time scale for everyone involved.
The Timing
This one took longer than normal due to the issues stated and the two previous fall throughs, but we finally got it over the line.
