Charges:
Start-up fee of £336.00 (inc VAT) plus 18% (inc VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent from the rent as received.
Additional Charges Include:
Tenant Referencing – £120.00 (inc VAT) Per Tenant / Property
Deposit Protection Fee – £90.00 (inc VAT)
Inventory Service – from £175.00 – £375.00 (inclusive of VAT) (Depends on the size of the property)

Charges:
Start-up fee of £336.00 (inc VAT) plus 15% (inc VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.

Deposit Protection Fee – £90.00 (inc VAT)

Charges:
Start-up fee of £336.00 (inc VAT) plus 14% (inc VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent. This will be invoiced & payable on the Tenant details being accepted by the Landlord.
