LANDLORD FEES
- Tenant Find Only: One-off fee of £480 inc of VAT (£400 + VAT).
- Let Only: One-off fee equivalent to one month’s rent inc of VAT. Subject to minimum charge of £600 (inc VAT).
- Letting & Rent Collection: Set-Up Fee of £330 inc of VAT (£275 + VAT) plus monthly fee of 9.6% of rent inc of VAT (8% + VAT).
- Fully Managed: Set-Up Fee of £330 inc of VAT (£275 + VAT) plus monthly fee of 13.2% of rent inc of VAT (11% + VAT).
ADDITIONAL ONE-OFF FEES AND CHARGES (when not already included in service level chosen):
- Inventory Preparation Fee: £120 to £300 (inclusive of VAT) (depending on size of property)
- Periodic Visits: £60 inc of VAT (£50 + VAT) per visit.
- Preparation of Paperwork for Deposit Dispute Resolution: £150 inc of VAT (£125 + VAT)
- Duplicate Statements: £2 inc of VAT (£1.66 + VAT) per copy (first 3 copies free of charge)
- Insurance Claim Handling Fee: 12% inc VAT (10% + VAT) of the cost of works with a minimum fee of £150 inc of VAT (£125 + VAT) to be paid in advance.
- Renewal Fee: £120 inclusive of VAT (£100 + VAT) for up to 2 tenants and £45 inclusive of VAT (£37.50 + VAT) for each tenant or guarantor thereafter.
- Void Management Fee: £60 inc of VAT (£50+ VAT) per visit.
- End of Tenancy Check & Damage Report: £90-£180 (inc of VAT) (depending on size of property)
- Professional Rate: £60 inc of VAT (£50 + VAT) per hour.
- Cancellation Fee: 13.2% inc VAT (11% + VAT) of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.
- Identity and Sanctions Check: £25.00 inc of VAT (£20 + VAT)
