Tenant Find / Let Only: An amount equal to one month's rent (inc VAT, minimum £800) payable for each letting where The Tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable upon the Tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.
Inventory & Schedule of Condition Report: £132 - £234 (inc VAT) depending on size of property and whether furnished or unfurnished.

Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy term (including any extensions) a fee equivalent to one months rent (inc VAT) is payable.
