Service Options

Full Tenancy Management: Start-up fee of £360 (inc VAT) plus 15% of the rent (18% inc VAT) deducted from the rent as received.

Tenant Find / Let Only: An amount equal to one month's rent (inc VAT, minimum £800) payable for each letting where The Tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable upon the Tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.

Inventory & Schedule of Condition Report: £132 - £234 (inc VAT) depending on size of property and whether furnished or unfurnished.

Additional Property Visits

£60 (inc VAT) where additional property visits are required or are requested by Landlord

Introduction of purchaser

1.5% of the sale price (inc VAT) where we have negotiated the sale to your tenant

Post Letting Service
(Inclusive with “Full Management”)
Inventory Check (Including report):               £300 (inc VAT) per report

We may also receive commissions or administrative fees from insurance companies, referencing companies, utility providers and contractors. Where we do, these do not constitute additional fees to our customers but rather are amounts paid to us by those third parties.


Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy term (including any extensions) a fee equivalent to one months rent (inc VAT) is payable.
