Let Only: 7.2% including VAT (6% plus VAT) of the rent for the tenancy term payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of the tenancy.
Full Management: Start-up fee of £360.00 (Inclusive of VAT) plus 12% including VAT (10% plus VAT ) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

Tenant Find Only: £500.00 (inc VAT) payable for each letting where The Tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable on The Tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.
Letting and Rent Collection: Start-up fee of £360.00 (inc VAT) plus 8% plus VAT (9.6% inc VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received
Inventory preparation fee: Professional Inventory make, cost to be advised dependent on the size of property.

Deposit Protection legislation: No charge
Preparation of paperwork for Alternative Dispute Resolution: £50.00 inclusive of VAT.
Duplicate Statements: £10.00 (inclusive of VAT) per copy provided
Insurance claim handling fee: 12% plus VAT of cost of works before VAT
Re-signing fee: £60.00 (Inclusive of VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal to an existing tenant
Void management fee: No charge

Alternative Dispute Resolution: £50.00

All prices subject to change after two months’ written notice.
Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any extensions) a fee of 7.2% including VAT (6% plus VAT) will continue to be payable.
