Scale of Charges

1) Let Only Service
Start up fee of £120.00 (incl VAT) plus 6 % (7.2% inclusive of VAT) of the rent for the tenancy term with a minimum of £600.00 payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent.

2) Letting and Rent Collection Service   

Start up fee of £120.00 (incl VAT) plus 8% plus VAT (9.6% incl VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received

3) Full Management Service

Start up fee of £660.00 (incl VAT) plus 10% (plus VAT) (12% incl VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent

The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

 Minimum Fee

 Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service, the Agent will charge, and the Landlord will pay, a fee based upon 6% (plus VAT) (7.2% incl VAT) of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.

VAT is payable at the prevailing rate on all our fees. In accordance with consumer legislation it is quoted as included in the prices stated above.
