My name is Tamara and I have been part of the Belvoir Lincoln team since February 2024 as a Lettings Negotiator. My role includes conducting property viewings, processing tenant enquiries and property marketing material. I aim to ensure a seamless process for both landlords and tenants from marketing the property through to a property application and strive to minimise void periods by quickly matching suitable tenants to our available properties.
