Hi, my name is Pat, and I am a Property Coordinator in the Maintenance Department at Belvoir Lincoln. I have been working at Belvoir since July 2022. My main responsibility is to schedule and carry out property inspection visits to ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards. I help landlords and tenants by ensuring that properties are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. I conduct regular inspections visits to identify any maintenance issues and to ensure tenants are satisfied with their living arrangements. I work closely with landlords, contractors, and tenants to ensure that any issues, or concerns reported are addressed promptly and efficiently. My goal is to provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.
