Full management:

Ideal for landlord's who want complete piece of mind and security with a comprehensive 'hands free' service (especially recommended to landlords going overseas) 

Management commission:      10% + VAT (12% incl. VAT)
Initial set-up:                           £200 + VAT (£240 incl. VAT)

Re-let fee: £160 + VAT (£192 incl. VAT)

Let only + rent collection:

Full advertising and our expertise seting up the tenancy agreement. Rent collected and accounted for, on-going management carried out by the landlord.

Management commission:      6% + VAT (7.2% incl. VAT)
Initial set-up:                           £200 + VAT (£240 incl. VAT)

Let only:

A real cost cutter for professional landlords. All the Belvoir advertising power securing fully vetted tenants and our expertise setting up the tenancy agreement. 

£300 + VAT (£360 incl. VAT)


 £350 + VAT (£420 incl. VAT) with an electronic inventory.

Tenant find only:

Admin involved in the tenancy:

Insurance claim handling fee: 10% + VAT (12% incl. VAT) of cost of works before VAT. 
Professional hourly rate: £50 + VAT (£60 incl. VAT) per hour.
Re-signing fee: £25 + VAT (£30 incl. VAT)
Void management fee: £50 + VAT (£60 incl. VAT) per week payable four weekly in advance of requirement. (included with fully managed service) 

Post letting service:
(inclusive with our fully managed service)

Tenant check-out: £120 + VAT (£144 incl. VAT)
Inventory check: £50 + VAT (£60 incl. VAT)

Inventory preparation fees (included in fully managed, let only and rent collection and let only services):
One bed: £65 + VAT (£78 incl. VAT)
Two bed: £85 + VAT (£102 incl. VAT)
Third bed: £110 + VAT (£132 incl. VAT) 
Four bed+: On arrangement
Furnished properties additional
£25 + VAT (£30 incl. VAT)
Re-let inventory update fee: £50 + VAT (£60 incl. VAT)

Calculate and supply you with your HMRC annual certificate as required by law (required by overseas landlords only): £30 + VAT (£36 incl. VAT) (included with fully managed service, optional extra for other services)

Annual gas certificates: £50 no VAT

EPCs: £45 no VAT

Legionella risk assessment: £50 + VAT (£60 incl. VAT) (included in fully managed service as part of inspections)

Fitted smoke alarms & CO indicators: £50 no VAT each.
