Planning Permission for 5500 Houses in East Kettering

The largest residential housing development is likely to receive full planning consent from Kettering Borough Council within months.  The development shall be located to the east of Kettering between the Burton Latimer A14 junction and Warkton, with a major junction on the Barton Road and Deeble Road.  The planning application was lodged by BB Developments and has been through public inquiries over several years.  The plans can be downloaded from the Kettering Borough Council website.
