Charges:

  • Landlord Start-Up Fee: £450 (inclusive of VAT) – Charged at the signing of each new tenancy.
  • 16.8% of the monthly rent (inclusive of VAT)

Rent Collection Service - Reliable Income Management

This service provides landlords with a solid foundation for efficient income management. We handle rent collection and essential financial administration, offering a secure and reliable solution.

Charges:

  • Landlord Start-Up Fee: £600 (inclusive of VAT) – Charged at the signing of each new tenancy.
  • 9% of the monthly rent (inclusive of VAT)

Please note: Periodic Inspections, Inventory and Check-In Management and 24/7 Property Maintenance are not included as standard with this package. (Please see Privilege Package)

Optional Extra: Inventory & Check-in/out: Includes Written & Photographic Inventory and Utility Management. If Landlords choose this level of service, our Rent Guarantee is added, reducing financial risk.

Tenant Find Only - For Landlords who are fully compliant with Customisable Options

This service is tailored for landlords who prefer to manage their properties directly but want to leverage our expertise to secure high-quality tenants efficiently.

Fee: 100% of the first month’s rent (inclusive of VAT)

  • Inventory Plus: Includes Written & Photographic Inventory (One-time fee, starting at £200 including VAT, please enquire for a tailored quote)
  • Rent Collection Setup Advice: Includes setting up standing orders and providing initial guidance on rent collection best practices. (One-time fee of £50 including VAT)

Other Potential Charges

In addition to our core service fees, certain other charges may apply depending on your specific requirements. These are typically related to ensuring your property meets legal compliance and to cover specific administrative tasks.

Examples of such charges include:

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): As required by law, we can arrange for an EPC to be carried out on your property.
  • Duplicate Statements: Charges for providing additional copies of statements.
  • Professional Hourly Rate: This fee applies when services are required that fall outside of our standard management agreements.
  • Insurance Claim/Major Works Handling Fee: A fee for overseeing insurance claims or managing major works on your property.

It’s important to note:

  • All prices are subject to change, but you will be given written notice in advance.
  • VAT is included in all quoted fees.
  • Minimum fees may apply if you cancel our management service before the end of a tenancy.
