Jane joined the company in May 2020 as Lettings Coordinator and in July 2023 progressed to Senior Coordinator/Negotiator. Jane has extensive Customer Service experience with over 20 years working for Natwest Bank. Jane's role as Coordinator involves assisting tenants and Landlords throughout their application process including referencing prospective tenants, coordination of all tenancy paperwork and conducting the tenancy sign up. As Senior Coordinator Jane oversees the Negotiator and the front end of the lettings process.
