Abi WhitneyProperty Manager

Abi joined the company in July 2023 and has previous experience within administration and project management. Abi works alongside Megan Footitt forming the property management team, looking after a portfolio of over 450 properties in our local area. Abi is responsible for maintaining regular communication with tenants, landlords and contractors, arranging maintenance, managing check out administration including deposit returns, preparation of legal notices and overseeing the property management department.
