      • Property visits
      • Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure effective maintenance is carried out on the property
      • Arrange for any repairs through an authorised £150 limit which can be deducted directly from rental income
      • Carry out a pre-move out visit on the property and advise tenants on any requirements
      • Advise landlords and tenants of any insurances available to them
      • 50% off setup fee for any subsequent tenancies on the property
