From 27th May 2015 Letting Agents will be required to publicise a full breakdown of their fees, state whether or not they are a member of a client money protection scheme and which redress scheme they have joined prominently in their offices and on their website.

This is welcomed by many Letting Agents who already have Client Money Protection to protect the tenant and landlord money and to ensure it is not used for trading the business.
