We understand the need for total transparency in how your funds are managed, we can provide you with regular updates, copies of bank statements, budgeting, 5- or 10-year CAPEX planning, regular estate/building visits, gardening & cleaning services, minor or major works.

In addition, our partnership with B-Hive we can offer you confidence that everything that is done is fully compliant, we can arrange competitive insurance quotes, risk management, and provide Company Secretary services. We arrange ground rent & service charge invoicing and collection and can prepare year end account reports for your accountant.

Finally, communication, you will have: –

  • A dedicated property manager, normally a director.
  • A personalised portal which allows you access to vital documents, newsletters, important emails, property statements and allows you to post requests e.g., reporting missed bin or garden area requiring attention.
