Last night was the inaugural Luton Property Investors Network Meeting and the main guest speaker at the meeting was pin founder Simon Zutshi who freely passed on advice and showed examples to 60+ property investors / landlords on how to make property work for you.
Next Month Mark Dearing will be presenting ‘Back to Basics’ which is all about getting to know the area you want to invest in, how to source your properties, what to look for and how to question letting agents and estate agents to get the information you want. He also takes a look at the top 5 things you need to do to get the knowledge required to buy the properties you want. With “ Back to basic’s” Mark aims to give you the step by step system you require and the confidence both in yourself and the process when looking for properties!
Also speaking will be Mike Frisby who is widely recognised as an expert in Local Housing Allowance. Mike would like to share some of his key LHA principles with you and show you how he has maximised his own portfolio – with this in mind, Mike is also looking to work with partners around the UK to replicate his very successful Lease 2 Let business so do please come along to the pin meeting to find out more!
