Setup fee of one month’s rent. (Subject to a minimum £700.00)

Check-in Fee: (If requested) from £120.00 – £210 (Dependent on property size & furnishings)
Check-in Fee: (if requested) from £114.00 – £180.00 (Dependent on property size & furnishings)
Check Out Fee: (If requested) from £138.00 – £186.00 (Dependent on property size & furnishings

Let & Rent-Collection:

Initial Fee: £420.00
Monthly Charge: 12% of rent received.
Tenancy Renewal Fee: £120.00 (Only charged to landlord if landlord asks for a renewal)

Full Management:

Initial Fee: £420.00
Monthly Charge: 15.6% of rent received.
Re-Signing Fee: £120.00 (Only charged to landlord if landlord asks for new fixed term)

Belvoir Rent Guarantee from £450
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £120
Inventory/check in and out: from £180.00 (Dependent on size of property & furnishings)
Gas Safety Check: £88.00
Gas Safety Check & Boiler Service: £110.00

Electrical Installation Condition Report from £150.00 depending on property size – any remedial works will be charge separately
